I have a 15m+ of money to spend and want a
TOP
keeper under 25.
I don't need the keeper for this season so I am willing to possibly looking to loan them back IF the deal was right.
I have an offer out for a keeper but it is not a completed deal yet so I am looking to see what else is out there.
