Since taking over at Fiorentina the managers position has become available and i feel the time is right to advertise the job all managers.

Fiorentina are a big club with a big history and i am looking for a manager to rebuild the team whilst trying to maintain Serie A status, the manager will have my full backing and depending on the candidate the term, salary, bonuses and clauses are all negotiable. However to start with i am looking to offer the following.

A one and a half year contract (End of season 11)
An immediate £5mil investment
A bonus of £7.5mil is relegation is avoided
Salary negotiable

The club has a youth academy which i built when i took over and intend to continue investing into the club for the foreseeable future. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build something very special and with the backing of a chairman who has been extremely successful in forging a fruitful partnership with the manager.
