I think Rich could add to the game by bringing in a limited amount of injuries to team members.

I know we have yellow and red cards but the game has some very good sides who can dominate the seasons. One way of injecting more realism would be to have a random injury of 1 week or 3 week or 1 months duration. Only limited mine you.......and not for my side.
