Loan In and Out Slots

Was thinking last night how much easier it would be if we had two loan slots on the transfer sheet, one for loans coming in and one for loans going out.

It's tough because, we want to loan players out but players coming in would take priority and therefor alot of people don't end up doing loans coz their slots are taken up for weeks to come.

I think ALOT more loans would be done this way.

Anyone agree???

I'd disagree, I'm not sure there's a need.

Some people angle towards unlimited transfers but theres no chance, I don't have unlimited time!! I don't see there's much need for more than one loan a week. Part of the idea of management is to be able to manage resources. It should be part of the teams strategy to either bring players in or send them out, very few actually need to do both.

I think you'd be surprised Rich. Especially in the lower leagues where Loans are very much a part of the system (Ie Feeder clubs etc). I have contacted alot of clubs that have said I can't do a loan for a few weeks coz I got some coming in. It might seem that not many League 1 clubs need to loan out but it does happen too.

I'm not asking for unlimited loans or transfers, Just a box on there for Loans out and In.

I can't really see there being many League One teams who loan out, and in fact the loans completed suggest that. There's the occassional favour where a team loans a player to a higher club as back up, but thats about it. If young players are good enough to play at that level, teams have no reason to loan them out do they?

Yeah but what about the league 1 clubs loaning to eachother? I.e - I was going loan Nathan Dyer from Southampton but ended up not doing the deal as Paul already had loans agreed coming in? If yo feel that it won't happen that often then what is the harm adding the box on there, If it doesn't happen often then it won't be that much more work for but it will be there to help us if we do ever need it?
