At the beginning of any season there is an aweful lot of looking at players and teams. I think it would be a lot better if all e-mails and postings had the "Team" on them. You would not have to search through the leagues to find who you had been dealing with.
 
Another idea would be for holidays.
Would it be possible to provide a list of who is away on holiday etc. Sometimes you get the feeling that someone is just not answering your e-mails, when in fact they are away for a few days.
