Surprised if it takes excessive amount of time to download, its not the biggest file.
There will hopefully be some blank kits available you can load up in Paint (which everyone should have on their computers already) and you'll just have to use the fill option to colour the areas - should be nice and easy. Obviously won't look as good as what people are already producing, but it will give people a chance to be a little creative with their kit.
If you don't want to design one via either way, so be it. It's not crucial, just will miss out on any competition thats run and the kit won't be able to be put elsewhere on the site. It won't effect your gameplay, just like say not using the message board doesn't stop you playing. Just about how much you'd like to branch out from the 'necessary'.
I am with Jamie. After 1 hour 10 minutes I got really fed up. My machine is acting very slow at the moment and I am worried that after loading these big programs it will stop!
The results posted are very impressive, but, I don't think I will be producing one.
Managed to get to grips with doing this now! just a few problems, had to save it through paint as Photoshop is playing up, thats why the quality is bad.
Parma's Home, Away and Third kit for next season it took and age for me to get to grips with photoshop and after several tweeks i'm finally happy with them all :)

Im not clear on it - to get the income from shirts do you have to design a shirt? If not do you need to do anything? Rich you mention using paint and having something on the site - has that been sorted?
I probably wont have time to design a kit but if anyone wants to do a kit for Cadiz then either PM or email me as it seems that some kind people have done shirts for other managers....
Club shops will still sell shirts and make you money from it, however releasing a kit you've designed each season will give you a bonus percentage increase on top of this.
The blank kits you can use on paint have been part designed but obviously they got put on the back burner in favour of all the new features during the end of season update.
I know a few people have contacted me about designing kits, and some have posted on these boards about it. Maybe I'll start a thread where people can leave their name if they are happy designing for other managers until the blank kits are ready.
Alternatively if you have spare time and are able, you could help design a few blank kit designs people can simply colour using paints fill feature.
Can anyone give me a step by step guid on how to get rid of a background to a sponser logo so that it integrates with a kit well, as I am trying to design my own shirts for future. I have not used photoshop before so it may be quite simple, but I dont know.....The videos I have looked at on youtube dont actually give you proper instructions!
Just click and drag around the sponsor. It will highlight an area and you can just delete and you get left with the sponsor not the background. If you get stuck send me the image and I will try to do it for you JD.
