It's been discussed before but no one has come up with a positive change that is workable but I'm bringing it up again. After each scouting window for a few seasons now I get people moaning about this or that. I'm happy for the scouting to remain a high pressure part of the game, but I have no interest in any of that pressure being on me.
If a change is suggested that I think resolves things, then things could be changed as soon as the 2nd scouting window this season.
